The ZEBSOFT system allows you to focus on risk and encourages all users to enter risks as they see them, by analysing risks we are able to identify the triggers and put into place the control measures needed. Where there is possibility for risk, we have provided prompts to the user to record a risk or suggest risk consideration. Managers are able to review all risks and to respond to the risks entered for their consideration.
Importantly when risk management is effective it often leads to opportunities for improvement which in turn creates increased customer satisfaction.
